Schools keep an eye on students' social media

In this article it discusses how Superintendent of Worcester Public Schools Melinda Boone does monitor student's social media sites. Some students find this unfair that they're being "stalked" or they're privacy is being invaded. While other students don't have a problem with higher authority watching their social media. They felt if you don't say anything negative than you don't have anything to hide. By doing this there is hope that they can monitor and try to prevent any violence in the school.

After reading this I have no problem letting authority to track of my social media sites. I mean if you let your friends and others see your social media sites than why not adults and higher authority? There is no need to say anything bad on the internet. Whatever you say it will never go away. Maybe by keeping track of social media sites there could be less fights and get ahead start on stopping any violence that may happen.
